The Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of Kaduna State University’s Governing Board, Mal. (Dr.) Hussaini Adamu Dikko, alongside the Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Abdullahi Ibrahim Musa, yesterday presented twenty two (22) students with need-based scholarships awarded by the Kaduna State University Alumni Association.
In his remarks, the Pro-Chancellor emphasized the vital role alumni associations play as partners and critical stakeholders in university development. He expressed his satisfaction with the association’s activities and encouraged others to emulate them, noting that the Vice Chancellor always briefs him on the association’s activities, reflecting the collaborative relationship between the university management and the alumni.
The event was attended by the National President, Mal. Abdulhadi Abdullahi, alongside his executive team, and the recipients. This occasion marked the fifth set of beneficiaries since the scholarship program was initiated, further stressing the Alumni Association’s enduring commitment to investing in the future of the university and the state at large.
